Robin Campbell is an experienced administrative and financial professional with more than 20 years of expertise in office management, patient services, insurance coordination, customer relations, and business operations. Since December 2022, she has served as the Independent Living Billing Coordinator at Bridgewater Retirement Community, where she manages resident billing processes while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a senior living environment.

Robin has significant experience in the dental industry, specializing in dental insurance claims, benefits verification, treatment plan presentation, patient scheduling, financial coordination, and practice operations. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed insurance processes for multiple dental offices, coordinated financial operations, audited patient records, and supported payroll, accounts payable, and budgeting. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service have made her a valued member of every organization she has served.

Prior to her work in healthcare and senior living, Robin held leadership positions in retail management and luxury hospitality, where she developed expertise in staff training, inventory management, customer service, and business operations. This diverse professional background has strengthened her ability to build positive relationships, solve problems efficiently, and adapt to fast-paced environments. In addition to her professional experience, Robin is a Co-Pastor of Skyline Church and holds an advanced degree in theology, reflecting her commitment to faith, spiritual leadership, and community service. She is also a member of the Clan Campbell Society North America, honoring her Scottish heritage and connection to the Campbell family legacy.

A proud citizen of the Monacan Indian Nation, Robin values community, integrity, service, and cultural heritage. She is recognized for her professionalism, collaborative leadership, and dedication to helping organizations operate efficiently while creating positive experiences for residents, patients, colleagues, and the communities she serves. Robin brings a unique combination of administrative expertise, faith-based leadership, cultural awareness, and a deep commitment to serving others.

Membership is open to all Campbells, Campbell septs, those married to a Campbell or Campbell Sept, those descended from Clan Campbell, and to those interested in learning about the Clan Campbell, Scottish history and culture, and who acknowledge Mac Cailein Mòr as their Clan Chief, as he is the Chief of Clan Campbell, the greatest family in all of Scotland! (We're a "wee bit" biased.)
