1.1 All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on ccsna.org and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in the Clan Campbell Society (North America) or its licensors (which includes other users). 2.1 If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

2.2 The failure or delay of the Clan Campbell Society (North America) to exercise or enforce any right in these terms does not waive the Clan Campbell Society (North America)'s right to enforce that right.

2.3 These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Membership is open to all Campbells, Campbell septs, those married to a Campbell or Campbell Sept, those descended from Clan Campbell, and to those interested in learning about the Clan Campbell, Scottish history and culture, and who acknowledge Mac Cailein Mòr as their Clan Chief, as he is the Chief of Clan Campbell, the greatest family in all of Scotland! (We're a "wee bit" biased.)
