About the Clan Campbell Education Foundation
The Clan Campbell Education Foundation, Inc. is a charitable, tax-exempt corporation, organized under the laws of the State of California to advance the study and appreciation of Scottish culture, language, and history. Embraced within the concept of culture are the arts and sports with which we are all familiar, such as highland and country dance, piping and drumming, the clarsach and fiddle, and a wide variety of athletic competitions.
The Foundation is open to all who wish to support its purposes. Donations in any amount are welcomed. Donations are tax-deductible in the United States. All donations are acknowledged in writing for tax record purposes. The Officers and Directors of the Foundation meet twice a year, usually in conjunction with the Clan Campbell Society (North America) Annual General Meeting and the Executive Council Meeting of the Society.
The Foundation seeks to encourage and advance the study and appreciation of Scottish arts and culture in a variety of ways. In addition to awarding prizes and trophies at Scottish activities and sponsoring the CCS(NA) worldwide web site, the Foundation has undertaken two major projects that are now having and will have a far-reaching impact on all Scots everywhere, especially to those with a Campbell heritage. They are the production of an historical video series and the writing of the definitive history of the Clan Campbell. These two projects will add greatly to the resources available for study of our Scottish heritage.
Donations and suggestions for the Foundation should be emailed or mailed to:
